Visit Le Tréport :
welcome to cité fleurie
Located 29 km from Dieppe, Le Tréport is an award-winning town in bloom.
With its 70-boat fishing port in the town center, its shops and marina, you’re sure to enjoy a pleasant stroll.
Must-see places and sites
to discover in Le Tréport
Discover the “sister towns” of Eu, Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains. Between countryside and sea, these three towns have plenty of places to visit.
Start by taking the funicular to the top of the cliffs for an extraordinary journey that takes you from the beach to the top of the cliffs in less than 5 minutes, completely free of charge.
In Le Tréport, you can visit the ancient Abbey of Saint-Michel, a listed monument restored in the 1700s.
Following the entire beach, you’ll arrive in the picturesque town of Mers-Les-Bains, France’s only “remarkable heritage site”.
As you stroll along the beach, you’ll be able to admire the magnificent, colorful houses that make up the charm of Mers-Les-Bains.
Family activities not to be missed
In Le Tréport, there’s something for everyone to enjoy with their family.
Start by crossing the cliff to admire the magnificent view from the top. Afterwards, stroll along the esplanade to Mers-Les-Bains.
Here, you can enjoy a round of mini-golf with friends or family, before the kids take advantage of the large playground in the main square.
Every evening from May to October, starting at 5:15 pm, we recommend you go and see the horses being released at the Lieu Dieu equestrian center. Seeing these sixty or so horses run to freedom in the surrounding pastures is a real spectacle.
Finally, to round off the day, we recommend enjoying a picnic on the beach while watching the sunset.
Camping under
40 minutes from Le Tréport
Located just 30 km from our campsite in Seine-Maritime, we can’t recommend a visit to Le Tréport and its sister towns of Eu and Mers-Les-Bains.
Accessible by car, you’ll have more than enough to spend a busy day here.
Straddling the Seine-Maritime and Somme departments, you’ll discover the magnificent landscapes of the Côte d’Albâtre, very close to the Baie de Somme.
Enjoy the sublime views from above or below the cliffs, the main tourist attraction of our magnificent region, have fun with family or friends on the pebble or sandy beaches at low tide and leave with a head full of wonderful memories.
