Welcome to our FAQ page! We’ve compiled the answers to our customers’ most frequently asked questions here, to give you all the information you need about your Vitamin campsite. What are the arrival and departure times?
For mobile homes, arrivals are from 5pm and departures before 10am.
For pitches, arrivals are from 2 p.m. and departures before 12 a.m.
What if you arrive after reception has closed?
No need to panic. If you have a reservation, we’ll prepare a late arrival envelope for you, which you’ll find in a mailbox to the left of the reception door. This envelope will contain the welcome booklet with the campsite map, your pitch number, your gate code and the key to your accommodation. All you have to do is settle in and visit us the next day.
Is there a deposit to pay?
Yes. For 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom mobile homes, we require a deposit of 360€. For 3-bedroom mobile homes, we require a deposit of 370€. This deposit can be paid by cheque (two cheques) or by credit card imprint.
Is the campsite VACAF approved?
We have VACAF certification. For all bookings via this system, please contact us by e-mail at camping.vitamin@orange.fr, stating your dates of stay, the number of adults and children, your benefit number and your département. We will then be able to give you a quote.
Reservations can also be made by telephone on 02.35.82.11.11. Please do not book online.
Are pets allowed in all areas of the campsite?
We accept your pets, except category 1 and 2 dogs. You must keep your dogs on a leash and never leave them alone on the campsite.
Are sheets and towels included?
Bed linen and towels are not provided. We offer bed linen rental, to be booked before your arrival.
Is Wifi free and available throughout the estate?
Wifi is available throughout the campsite for a fee. You can enjoy a free hour at the bar-restaurant.
Is it possible to choose your location?
We do not offer a choice of location. However, if you would like to let us know your preferences, we will do our best to accommodate you.
How far is the campsite from the beach?
Dieppe beach is 3.5 kilometers from the campsite.
Are bicycles available for hire on the campsite?
No, we do not offer bike hire on the campsite. You’ll find several rental companies in Dieppe and the surrounding area. Reception will be happy to help.
Is the campsite accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. We have a 2-bedroom PMR mobile home and accessible sanitary facilities.
Access to the pool is also possible, but we don’t have a wheelchair launch system.
What information do I need to know about swimming pools?
Our pools are heated and open from 10am to 7pm.
The indoor swimming pool is open from April 1 to September 15 and from October 19 to November 3.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from July 1 to August 31.
Swimming shorts are prohibited. Only swimsuits used solely for this purpose are permitted.
